Vinoth Kumar P is an experienced Lead Test Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Vinoth has a strong background in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Cucumber, and TestNG. He is currently working as a Lead Test Engineer at Congruent Info-Tech, where he manages a team and follows Agile methodology. Vinoth's expertise lies in software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Scrum practices. He is able to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of management, from the end user to the developer. Vinoth has worked on different US clients and handled projects on his own as an OffShore resource. Prior to joining Congruent Info-Tech, Vinoth worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at PH, where he gained experience in Software Test Automation using technologies like Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, and POM. He also worked as a Senior Testing Engineer at Syncfusion. Vinoth holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Anna University. His tech stack includes test, SDET, Selenium, Software Engineer, and Java.
